Information Session: Intro to Open Access (OA) Publishing Models In-Person / Online

This session introduces participants to the spectrum of open access (OA) publishing models, exploring their benefits and drawbacks. Participants will learn about what to look out for when evaluating OA journals and will hear about how librarians can assist with finding reputable journals, navigating Creative Commons licensing, and understanding publisher agreements. Librarians will also introduce participants to how the institutional repository (IR) OpenRiver operates in conjunction with open access publishing. Please register using the button below.
