Be in the Know: Potential Research Assistants and AI Features in Academic Databases

Be in the Know: Potential Research Assistants and AI Features in Academic Databases In-Person / Online

Join librarians for an update session about research assistants and AI-driven features being tested by major vendors that have the potential to be implemented in the databases we subscribe to. We at the library want to gather a range of feedback about your expectations for students who use academic databases, learn about language you may use in your syllabus or elsewhere to make expectations around AI and databases clear, and understand together what impact these types of tools could have on instructors and students. This session will be held both in-person (LIB 108) and over Zoom. We hope to record the session.
